Welcome Solutions is a Debt Management Company which specialises in the consolidation of debt without the need for further borrowing – we do not arrange loans or services other than those that are particular to Debt Management. Because of this we have become one of the few companies who are specialists in the area.

Welcome Solutions has been operating since 1997, during which time we have helped thousands of people to bring their financial situation under control. Our track record in customer service is second to none – exemplified by the number of referrals to us from existing clients on a daily basis. We also operate an open office policy and an in house Debt Clinic where clients are welcome to visit their Debt Advisor or speak with someone in one of the other departments.

We are not just an internet based company. We live and work in the real world interacting with our clients on every level, making sure that we are available to talk on a one to one basis whenever our clients need to.

Where are we?

Welcome Solutions is based in Whittle-le-Woods, Lancashire. Operating across the whole of the UK, we work in a friendly block of offices – our staff are not incentivised by targets or commissions so the advice you get really is specific to your situation rather than what benefits the employees.

Our Debt Management Advisors

Of course Welcome Solutions has a number of departments such as the administration department, our creditor liaison department and our fully trained and very friendly debt advisors who have all come from financial backgrounds. Our advisors are trained in giving the best debt advice possible and are regularly tested on their abilities. You will find all of our advisors to be friendly, nonjudgmental and extremely efficient in what they do.
